In the theoretical part, emphasis is placed on clarifying concepts such as fiscal policy, public finances, and pointing out the differences between fiscal and budgetary policies. This section explains the information on relations between governmental levels together with information on the local government of the Slovak Republic. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the revenues of the town of Krupina. This section describes the basic characteristics of the town Krupina and the city's income analysis between 2013 and 2017.
