Zvolen: TU, 2019. 63 pp.The analysis of the external environment of the selected enterprise is the issue presented in the Master thesis. The focus of the thesis is put on the company I.K.M. REALITY – STAVING. The Master thesis consists of theoretical and research part. Theoretical part is focused on the theoretical background of the issue of strategic management. Strategic management of the enterprise, as well as the external environment are determined in individual sections of the thesis in order to define situation analysis, “4 C”, the PEST method and SWOT analysis. In following two sections, the aim of the thesis and methodology are described. In the research part, the company I.K.M. REALITY – STAVING is investigated. Individual sections are devoted to the description of the enterprise, the analysis of the macro environment and the industrial sector. Subsequently, OT analysis was done, suggestions for the enterprise were made and conclusions were drawn.
