The main aim of this bachelor thesis is a complex design of an apartment building from architectural, static and construction point of view (setting up implementation project). The object will be placed in Bratislava – Nové mesto on Odborárska street.Apartment building has 1 ground floor and 5 floors. There are polyfunctional areas, common spaces and storages for future residents, boiler room and room for a janitor on the first floor. Every polyfunctional facility has individual entrance and own sanitary facilities. There are flats on the second up to fourth floor, there are five apartments on each floor. There are spatial 4-room apartments above standard for more demanding residents, 3- and 2-room apartments of various floor measurement and also affordable 1-room studios. Parking for the residents is in the basement, specifically 29 parking places and technical room. For customers and employees of establishments, there is a parking lot on the terrain, which, at the same time, creates a movable roof over the underground parking.Grey and yellow facade, together with many French windows and balcony board all around the building makes elegant, clean and pleasant impression while it does not disturb surrounding environment.The object has been designed in such way that it meets valid technical norms and requirements.
