The aim of this final thesis was to develop an house of flats project according to investor’s requirement. It also had to be compatible with European and Slovakian technical norms and in accordance with the regulations. On this basis there was detailed technical report prepared in the first chapter of the thesis, which includes a construction organization project, time schedule and technological prescription for process of formwork of reinforced concrete ceiling construction through systematical formwork PERI MULTIFLEX. Construction of civil engineering works was devoted to the second chapter, where I dealt with materials that will be used in the construction of a house of flats, the disposition of the first floor and typical floor, cut the object and details. The last chapter is dedicated to technical report about statics, statics calculation of ceiling deck and its reinforcement.
