My role in this work is to design an object fitting into the proposed urban solutiondevelopment of the Petržalka side of the Danube bank. The proposed object will be located in anevolving area.The predominant function of the object is for housing. The new construction of this facility will expandthe possibilities of recreation in the given location. The design was based on static, structural andarchitectural standards and principles.The apartment house was placed on the Petržalská side Danube riverbank in Bratislava.The object is designed from 6 floors in 1.pp there are parking spaces for the inhabitants of the buildingbut also for multifunctional clients. Polyfunctional is located on the first floor.Floors 2-5 serve as living quarters in this building. There are 12 entrances to the building. Only ownersof this property will be able to reach the living quarters. The building has 4 main suitable for residents,8 multipurpose entrances and also provides access to the inhabitants of the house.On individual floors are shelves and for fast accessibility. On 1np and 1pp there is an economicbackground for the whole building, as well as a communal space such as a caravan. The vertical transportof the building is provided by a three-aisled staircase, or a lift is still available.
