The subject of the diploma thesis „The specific terms in contracts of the chosen limited liability company and their importance in practice" was to inform the reader with the basic theoretical concepts in the issue of contracting contracts. The thesis consists of four parts. The introduction contains basic theoretical concepts and definitions to the given issue. In the following section, we are focusing on processing the main goal,introducing the selected company to the reader. We have analyzed the process of concluding contracts in a selected company and we have investigated the scope of the existing contractual agenda than we tried to find contracts with specific content and above-standard terms and, moreover, the questionnaire survey also examined the satisfaction of customers with the activities and approach of competent employees of the company in the contracting process. In the final part we reviewed the activities of the selected company.
