The main aim of my bachelor thesis is creation and following evaluation of business plan for an emerging enterprise producing grape wine. The theoretical part defines fundamentals of planning, purpose, function, structure and evaluation of business plan. The analytical part aims at creation of business plan for the emerging enterprise. Focus is on the main characteristics of enterprise and all the important areas, such as location, marketing mix, SWOT analysis, risk analysis and financial and economic analysis calculations. Prior to the creation of the business plan, a conversation with a person who has already had experience with designing of a business plan and another conversation with a bank representative took place. The results are listed in tables and graphs. In the conclusion of the thesis, there is the evaluation of the thesis from the point of view of the selected bank.
