MRÁZ, Dušan: Didactic tests in teaching programming. [Master’s Thesis] / Dušan Mráz – Catholic University in Ružomberok. Faculty of Pedagogy; Department of informatics. – Thesis Supervisor: Ing. Jana Jacková, PhD. – Academic Degree: Masters - Ružomberok: PF, 2021. 73pp. Based on the study of the available literature, we presented a brief overview of the issueof creating didactic tests for teaching programming. We pointed out the history, but also the current state of the issue and also the number of different types of testing. In the vempirical part, we focused in part of replication of international research, which took place in several multidisciplinary programming courses atd universities as part of the final examination in the subject. We verified the recommended international test in teaching Python programming in high school. In order to practice the types of taks that change in this test, we are preparing new alternative tasks to this test. We also showed the possibility of testing in some interactive environments. Due to the introduction of distance education at high schools in Slovakia because of the pandemic situation in 2020 and 2021, a pilot verification of the international test was used in distance education with the interactive environment EduPage. Verification of one set of alternative tasks takes place at the college in the Peerwise environment. In this work we present the obtained results of the use of the international test of the Python language at the grammar school and the result of the entrustment of the proposed alternative tasks by the students of computed science teaching at the university.
