The right decisions in this area are a prerequisite for the long-term successful operation of the company in the current turbulent market conditions. The aim of the submitted bachelor thesis is to compile a comprehensive business plan for the implementation of a selected investment activity. Financial and economic analysis of the project is included in the thesis as a basis for a qualified decision on the acceptance of the business plan. The aim of the analyzed investment decision is to establish a company for the production, sale and processing of quality asphalt mixtures. Based on the results of the analyzes contained in the compiled business plan, it is possible to evaluate the given investment as profitable, which also has preconditions for long-term functioning in the future. Following of the proposed marketing and implementation strategy creates a precondition for achieving the set goals of the business entity.
