The aim of this thesis is urban and architectural design of a residential complex with amenities in the area Machnáč in Bratislava, Old Town, the transformation of the territory of the former amphitheater, complete Budkova roads and involvement chestnut gardens to the overall design philosophy. The project I addressed at two levels. The first part I was given the pre-diploma project, where I focused on the analysis of the existing situation, philosophy and concept of the urban area. The second part is the subject of the thesis, where I was given to architectural and layout design of the selected object, which is also characteristic of a representative element of a residential complex Park Hill.
