In my Bachelor's thesis I have tried to design polyfunctional apartment building, which should be located in Nitra, Dlhá Street. The task of this thesis is to develop an implementation project, which includes drawings, technical management of the building, resolving of the critical details and their reconsidering in terms of thermal technique. The building is designed as the apartment point building of the staircase type. The building consists of 4 floors and 1 underground floor. In the basement of the building is a garage and boiler room of the building. On the 1st floor there are three spaces for rent, cellars, entrance to the residential part of the building and subway which forms the access to the residential part of the building and polyfunctional part. The spaces for rent are dealt with the social and sanitary facilities. On the 2nd and the 3rd floor residential units are situated there. On each of these floors there is 1 studio apartment and 4 two bedroom apartments. On the highest 4th floor there are 2 large-area four bedroom apartments with a terrace. The supporting system of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. Masonry infill is made of ceramic fittings. The horizontal system consists of monolithic reinforced concrete beams and monolithic ceiling plate. The building is hardened by reinforced concrete core, which passes through the entire height of the building. The staircase and elevator is also situated in it.
