The ideological basis for the thesis topic is Le Corbusier's concept of the machine housing. Volume gauge is formed by Le Corbusier in his project Unité d'habitation, type Berlin. Based on the study of "philosophy" of machine for living, typology and the volume of the Berlin house, a postgraduate propose a machine for living according to current demands for energy efficiency. One objective of this thesis is to answer the question whether the concept of sustainability generates new aesthetic paradigm architecture. In the philosophy of perception machine housing to meet the problems of joining former philosophy and current technologies used in the design of energy efficient buildings. Planting buildings in atypical situations, we obtain new potentials, we face new limits. Bespoke situation and the selection of an area set architecture housing in a new position in which the building is adapted to the complicated environment, while the maximum reap the benefits of such an environment offers. Machine type of building takes on a new dimension. While in times of Le Corbusier's philosophy, the building acted as a machine for living in a metaphorical concept, that the level of housing functions, energetic and experimental technologies move the building to position the machine itself. The building becomes a machine.
