Restaurant and the degustation area are designed in wine-growing centre, which is a part of "Rustaveli" polyfunction complex study. The land in Rustaveliho street, c. a. and Bratislava -- Rača town district, territorial district Bratislava III., shall be the realization place of intention. Proposed action is bordered by streets -- Rustaveliho, Závadská, Púchovská and Detvianska. Restaurant shall provide to visitors new experience from food and wine hamony. As this land is famous particularly for viniculture, therefore this will be a place of pleasant seating not just for citizens but also for visitors, who will want to taste the right atmosphere of "wine-growing Rača". In proposal of 1. floor, there is restaurant as a part of disposition with facilities, hygiene, stores and facilities for employees. In the part of facilities there is designed storing for restaurant part and also for shop. On 2. floor there is an area for wine degustation to which comportable seating is adjusted. There are rooms for bar facilities, stores and facilities for employees as well. All parts designated for public, either in interior or in exterior, they are barier-free adjusted to enable visit of immobile visitors. Parking area next to building provides 17 standby parking places for visitors, the rest of capacity is designated in underground garages of neighbour buildings. Interior design fits all conditions to operate all included functions.
