The main objective of this thesis is to develop an implementation project of poly- functional apartment block of flats based on selected criteria The project deals with the construction in terms of architecture and construction, it documents in details functional, structural, technical and material characteristics of the object. It assesses individual thermal properties of packaging and filling structures and some critical details of architectural, structural and sanitary point of view. The work also describes the structural modifications required in terms of technical building and fire protection. It assesses the appropriateness of the solution in terms of the heat demand for heating and energy criteria. Further it addresses the connection object to public utility lines and fire protection. Drawings describe in detail the building - construction plans and solutions. The entire project documentation has been prepared with regards to the hygiene requirements, environmental requirements for indoor climate and physical - technical requirements for buildings and building structures according to STN 73 4301 - Residential buildings.
