Abstrakt v primárnom jazyku
Area between Radlinskeho and Mýtna street in Bratislava has a large city-forming potential and it is an example of the so-called "brownfields" in the middle of a long steady parts of the city in terms of urban articulation. Although this area has been full of the heritage listed buildings of tobacco factory until past year, now is the only monument object eclectic church tower belonging to the City. Territorial Plan qualifies area as a space with objects and amenities for the population living in the territory. The project deals with the entire zone, as the new "campus" associating to the student dormitories of Bernolák and Belojanis. In that block is also the official seat of the Rector of the Technical University, however project focuses on long-term unbuilt space on the corner of streets Radlinskeho , Mýtna and Račianske Mýto. Student Campus responds to the block development of surrounding buildings, but this is partially disturbed with monument object with the tower. Compact unit is formed with connecting walkways between all buildings. Key role in the project plays a "hilarious" object, which functions providing a variety of leisure activities for students. Even though the complex serves mainly to students the building events are attended by all.
