The quality and reliability of the construction depends on many factors. In the processing of the project documentation stage, one of the influencing factors is also the technological project, which creates the conditions for the smooth progression of the implementation process and the fullfilment of the requirements of different construction projects participants. The objective of this diploma thesis is to develop selected parts of the implementation process of the technology project for the multifunctional building WESTEND QUADRANT in Bratislava. My thesis consists of three logically related parts. The subject of the first part of this thesis is the construction site equipment. The second part describes the construction work schedule and the related documents, in particular histogram of workers. The third part analyzes the technical and technological impacts related to changing the waterproofing system of the object and reflects specific situation that occurs during the actual implementation of the designed structure.
