Every process and organization is different and specific, so it needs an individual approach. As a result, since the creation of the Six Sigma methodology in the 1980s, the tools and directions of this methodology have multiplied. This fact is taken into account in the work and its aim is to present this methodology on a professional but easily understandable level for laymen as well. However, the main goal of the bachelor thesis is the implementation of selected methods and tools of the Six Sigma methodology in the process of quality improvement in the company Brother Industries (Slovakia), which is part of a global company.
