The aim of the thesis is to provide the theoretical and practical background of the current competitive strategy of the selected company ista Slovakia s.r.o., highlight its competitive advantages and design a competitive strategy so that the company can continue to be competitive. By performing a detailed analysis, the current state and position of the company was determined. We compare the strengths and weaknesses of the company and also reveal an area where the company can excel in the future and what it should avoid in order to continue to compete with other companies in the industry. The work was divided into four chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical background obtained from professional domestic and foreign sources, which are supported throughout the work. In the second part, the main goal of the thesis and the procedure of its fulfillment were defined with the help of partial goals. In methodology of thesis, which forms the third chapter, we have explained in more detail the methods and procedures of thesis leading to the analysis and fulfillment of the goal of the thesis. The last fourth chapter focuses on the characteristics of the company, provides the results of analysis and formulation of the company's competitive strategy.
