The aim of this work is to point out the action of the human factor, which affects the quality of work performance in the selected company and is an integral part of the quality management. We obtained research data through the study of academic sources and questionnaire methods of collection informations. Using basic mathematical methods and methods of logical conclusions, we processed and evaluated the results, from which we derived conclusions and recommendations.
