The object of the thesis is a business culture. The thesis consists of three parts. The first chapter of the final thesis represents the theoretical bases of the investigated issues included in the eight subchapter. Theoretical bases include definitions as culture, corporate culture, corporate culture elements, the importance and functions of corporate culture, its strength and resources and individual typologies from the view of various authors. The aim of the thesis is to define the impact of Covid-19 pandemics on corporate culture. The subject of the investigation is the current and desired level of corporate culture based on Cameron and Quinn methodology. The next part of the thesis focuses on analyzing corporate culture based on the OCAI questionnaire survey. The final part of the work compares the results found with the existing research results implemented in foreign and provides suggestions for improvement.
