Currently, there are no managers, who do not have to deal and manage crisis situations. At the moment Coronavirus also affects their functioning in organizations. Nowadays it is necessary to react as quickly as possible in order to reduce the risk of negative effects and prepare the society for various other scenarios for the development of this pandemic. The aim of the graduation theses was to map the usage of social networks by managers in a crisis period during the coronavirus pandemic, to identify the most used web services on the Internet, which helped managers to communicate. In the theoretical part, we paid attention, mainly to the definition of crisis management and concepts related to this area. We took a closer look at the dissemination of information and communication through social networks and processes, the purpose of which is to achieve the same goal, e.g. when solving problems, the so-called crowdsourcing. The questionnaire was sent electronically. We evaluated the achieved results in a descriptive way and graphically.
