Zvolen. 2019. 69 p.The diploma thesis is focused on satisfaction of customers with services provided at the District authorities - cadastral department. Based on the findings from the survey we suggest recommendations for practice.The theoretical part deals with marketing of services, specifics of marketing mix in services a factors influencing the customers ´satisfaction in services.In the practical part we present results of the realized survey applied by the questionnaire as well as recommendations for practice.The survey was implemented within the whole Slovak Republic in various age categories on a sample of 334 respondents.Suggested recommendations after their implementation into practice could be a significant aid to improve provided services in the given area.
