KOCOŇOVÁ, Martina: A survey of unethical practices applied to consumers in the Slovak market [Diploma thesis]. Technical university in Zvolen, Faculty of Wood Sciences and Technology, Department of Marketing, Trade and World Forestry, Supervisor: Ing. Miriam Olšiaková, PhD., Zvolen 2020, p. 79. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to carry out a survey of unethical practices that companies apply to their consumers on the Slovak market. The work consists of two basic parts - theoretical and practical (analytical). In the theoretical part, we interpreted the basic knowledge in the field of ethics as a scientific discipline, ethics in business, ethics in marketing and unethical practices applied in the form of individual components of the marketing mix. In the analytical part, we used a questionnaire survey to determine the perception of respondents of unethical behavior, which they encounter in various forms. Part of the analytical part was also the testing of established hypotheses. In the end, we summarized the results of the survey and implemented proposals and recommendations that could eliminate the impact of unethical practices applied to consumers in the Slovak market.
