The aim of this thesis is to design and analyze monolithic reinforced concrete structure of Social Centre. This is a community center for different type of activities and relaxing, such as fitness, swimming, dancing etc. The center is situated in Bratislava, in the second administrative district, borough – Ružinov, neighborhood – Trnávka. The object consists of five dilatation units, three of them containing swimming pool. Static analysis includes all considered loads, reinforcement design, assessment of concrete members and the first dilatation unit of the building in general.
