The first part describes the division of lifting equipment and analysis of the current state of lifting equipment. In the main part the thesis deals with the design, control and dimensioning of the basic parts of the construction and the desing documentation of the bridge crane. When designing a bridge crane, emphasis was placed on operational safety.
