Topic of my thesis is the design of multifunctional high-rise building with a final height exceeding 100 m. The building is located on free plot between streets Miletičová, Jégého and Záhradnícka in Bratislava -- Ružinov. The main mass of the building is parallel to the monastery of the Salesians. At the southern end is refracted towards Jégého street. The lower part of the building is made up of six floors of parking. Two of them are underground. There is a terrace at the level of the fifth floor, which is accessible from the main pedestrian communication by escalators and lifts. Starting with the 5th floor grows headlight part of the building. The 32nd floor is an observation restaurant with café. From the ground floor to the roof leads glazed elevator located on the south facade of the building. The property combines the functions of living, relaxation, business, administration and hotel. The construction is based on a base plate with piles on which it is built monolithic frame with two reinforced concrete cores.
