The main point of my bachelor thesis was to design and technically solve the apartment building. After creating the original design and the actual form of the apartment house, the task was to prepare a project for the construction. Part of the output of the bachelor thesis are drawings for realization of building work, constuction review of apartment house of apartment house, elaboration of technical report to visualization. I designed the apartment house as a 5 storey building from one underground storey, which consists of an underground garage. The condition for designing the object was to create multifunctional spaces that I placed on the first floor above ground. The spaces of individual plants are not specified, so the design was approached to each polyfunctional space in the same way. A modern element of architecture is a designed green roof over polyfunctional spaces, which is separated by a concrete wall from terraces belonging to the second floor. The property is dominated by three-room apartments, which offer greater utility value and comfort of living. The atypical element in our lands is the solution of the communication space through the passageway which extends along the north side of the building. The Pavilion Corridor is divided into three sections on each floor separating the enclosed staircase space. The attractive and functional element is the aluminum movable blinds, which are installed on each wardrobe. They create the impression of a moving facade. The construction of a residential building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame from a filler masonry. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, the cellars are made of reinforced concrete walls with columns. When designing a residential building, the STN standard was applied to the residential building to meet all required parameters. The requirements of the design were the following are the stability of the structure, the physical requirements, the requirements of fire safety, the requirements for the life and quality of building materials.
