The aim of my bachelor thesis is to create the construction project management for the apartment house “Karpatia” in Pezinok in Kupcekého street. Furthermore my task is to create functional, architectural and artistic solution of given apartment house, describe technology of laying the vinyl floor. The construction project management contains building facilities, demand of water and demand of electric energy. The important part of the construction project management is also the time schedule which includes technological standard, work force schedule and also building machinery schedule. In technological prescript is my task to analyze process of laying the vinyl floor by gluing it to the ground. Bachelor thesis assignment also includes creation of project documentation. I used AutoCAD 2014, MS Word and MS Excel for elaboration of this documentation. I made poster in MS Powerpoint program.
