The bachelor thesis is focused on the realization of a residential building. It consists of three main parts where to each of them are attachments included.The first part contains a report on the project of the organization of the construction, the drawing of the situation and the construction timetablein attachment. The technological prescription is for the storage of concrete paving flags with electronic heating.In the second part there is a technical report of the ground constructions. This part contains attachment of the drawing documentation of the described residential building.The third part is the static calculation and the drawing documentation in the attachment.
