The aim of the final work was to develop an implementation project and associated documentation multipurpose building with an underground garage. The house has 5 floors and 1 underground floor. The basement areas are parking places for 13 cars. On 1.floor are the multifunctional rooms, utility room and storage facilities for the residents of the apartment building. On the other ground floors are situated flats of different standards. The carrying system of the building is a wall system, which is lined with precision blocks of POROTHERM Profi 44 Ti on the thin layer adhesive mortar POROTHERM Profi.
