The target of my bachelor's thesis was the design for the realization of a residential building with multifunction. The project consists of a complete architectural design, project implementation, and review of thermal solutions and solutions of specific constructions details. Multi-use residential buildings are currently with the current trends in one of the most popular types of buildings. The building is divided into two sections divided by dilation with specific entry in each. My apartment building project offers people parking on 1st under-floor in a full basement in the building garage and also in the parking space near the object. The 1.NP is part of a multifunctional, offering 4 multi-purpose areas for shops or caffes. In addition to the multifunctional are in the 1.NP cells, place for pushchairs, boiler room and room for charwoman. On the typical floor are apartments. On each floor are located two 4-bedroom flats and one studio. The building is covered with a flat roof. The supporting structural system is reinforced concrete building with transverse supporting walls. External and internal partition walls are of masonry brick system HELUZ.
