My bachelor work is project of flat building with gallery. Building site is placed in Slovenský Grob village.At this time it's a flat site with grass and other flat house with is in use. There are possibilities of connection to every traffic and engineer site. This house is a corridor type of building. It has four over ground, one underground and one receding floor. In underground are eleven parking spots and boiler room. On the first floor is multifunction space for rent. Typical floor contains connecting corridor, storage space and four flats which fulfills requirements access for disabled. On every typical floor are two three-room and two two-room apartments. Building has two types of roof. Walk-on roof which serves to renters of receding floor, where is one big three-room flat and offers place for rest and relaxation. Purpose of building is to offer renters full housing in higher standards in peace and quiet living near Bratislava.
