Bachelor thesis deals with the design of the apartment house located in Pezinok. The thesis describes the exact design of the structure and the procedure for constructing the rough building of the apartment building. It deals in detail with the design of the site equipment, and the layout of the site is also dealt with in the POV drawing. In static calculation, I solve the design of a concrete element, a cantilever beam under a balcony board. Instead of a technical regulation, I address a specific problem, detecting reinforcement bars in reinforced concrete structures by selected devices. The thesis is supplemented with the KPS drawings, static calculations, timetable and drawing of the formwork.
