The aim of my bachelor thesis was to design an Administrative - Trade Center, that meets the current requirements of the surrounding area. Thanks to its functionality, it contributes to the overall concepts of the Petržalka area, where a demand for civic amenities was designed. The building follows the proposal based on the winning tender for the Petržalka area, where was designed a civic amenities facility. The building will be used for administrative and commercial purposes or for lectures, workshops, private events. The situation is about 750 meters from Lake Veľký Dráždiak, which was created around 1982 after the proces of gravel extraction and deepening of the original area.The building is located between the Croatian shoulder and the St. Cyril and Method hospital on Antolská Street. Project documentation will consist of floor plans, sections, views, situation and visualization of the object
