The main aim of the thesis is based on available literature analyze and compare corporate culture in time. The thesis follows the bacherol thesis. Research of corporate culture is made on the basis of the methodics OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument). This methodics was developed by Cameron and Quinn. The thesis will be divided into five chapters. In first chapter will be focused on the theoretical definitions of corporate culture. Next we set targets and metodology of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis we will focus on analysis of corporate culture and we will explore development of corporate culture. At the end of thesis we make suggestions to improve the corporate culture.
