The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of quality costs in the company OP-TIM, spol. s r. o.. The thesis consists of two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The content of the theoretical part is to get familiarde with the terms of quality, quality costs, concepts of quality management and describing quality moadels, which we apply in the practical part. In the practical part we get acquainted with the company, in which we ascertain the analysis of quality costs. Examining the cost of quality in the company is quite demanding, so we have simplified it and used the PAF model, which facilitate us examination of the costs. The costs of the company are divided into subgroups - prevention costs, evaluation costs, external error costs and internal error costs. After dividing costs into subgroups, we use ratios to determine the percentage of costs to total quality costs. By obtaining the costs and the ratios, we evaluated the results of individual cost to the total cost of quality.
