The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the human factor on quality management. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis we define the basic concepts in the field of quality, historical quality development, we also explain what is quality management, quality management systems, quality management systems based on STN EN ISO 9000 standards and the concept of quality management based on TQM. we focus on human resource management in the company, their motivation, education and leadership. Next, we set the goal and methodology of the work. In the practical part, we characterize the company LOM PRAHA s.p., in which we will examine the motivation of employees for work in a questionnaire. In the final part of the work we analyze the results of the survey and propose solutions and measures to improve the current situation in the company.
