The field of logistics is extremely important for basically any company that sells anything and needs to get material into its production and products to warehouses and from its warehouses to the customer. It is this issue that we have addressed in this work. Our goal is to analyze and evaluate logistics processes in a particular company. With regard to this goal, we first defined the theoretical basis of the researched issues, which we followed up by performing an analysis of the current state of logistics pro-cesses in a particular company. Based on the findings of this analysis, we have defined recommendations for practical deployment, which should be for the company we sur-veyed a path to faster, more effective fulfillment of set goals. The work as a whole basically represents the process of transforming theoretical knowledge in the field of logistics and logistics processes into the practice of a particular company. In this work, we primarily focused on the application of knowledge acquired during the years of study on the example of a specific company that is trying to succeed in the conditions of the Slovak Republic and through its products to break through abroad.
