The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a structural design of a towed vibrating roller behind the tool carrier GRIZZLY DT 38. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes in more detail the theoretical analysis of vibrating rollers - the principle of operation and their distribution. It also briefly describes the universal tool carrier GRIZZLY DT 38. The last point of the theoretical analysis is a brief description of CAD systems, specifically Creo Parametric in which the 3D model and selected drawing documentation will be implemented. The practical part contains two conceptual and structural designs of the vibrating roller. Describes individual design assemblies, subassemblies, and model components. The last point is to perform stress-strain analyzes. The aim is to create a structural design so that it meets the requirements of the contracting authority OZ Lesnej techniky Lesy SR Banská Bystrica and is manufacturable. The result was the creation of two design proposals, a vibrating roller with clamping on a three-point hitch and a vibrating roller with clamping on a towing device, according to the company's requirements.
