The diploma thesis is focused on a proposal to improve the analysis and risk management of process management in a manufacturing company. The aim of the diploma thesis is based on the theoretical basis of the quality management system and the identification of process management with a focus on risk management to design a way to apply risks to processes in manufacturing companies. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of terms such as, management, process, process management, classification of business risks, what external and internal business risks we know. We mainly focused on the specific risks that individual organizations face. To find out what risks individual organizations face, we created an anonymous questionnaire, which we sent to medium-sized and large companies in the Banská Bystrica region. In the practical part, we analyzed the answers we received from the mentioned anonymous questionnaire, which contained 8 questions. We have proposed streamlining in the field of process management and risk management in the organization. At the end of the work, we evaluated the benefits of our proposals.
