Improper control of supplies could have negative influence on functioning of a enterprise, mainly because of the fact that too many supplies contain a lot of financial means. On the other side, too little supplies could stop continuous working of production in the enterprise. That is the reason why taking care of logistics should be in every companyʹs interest for maintaining its better functioning. The theoretical part of thesis is devoted to this topic and also introduces control of supplies. Afterwards, there is a focus on a particular enterprise and its analysis. On the basis of ascertained analyses, we found some specific failings for we suggested a solution. In this thesis, we used calculation by the EOQ model, insurance inventory and also ana time series extrapolation.
