The aim of the bachelor thesis with the topic of a terraced residential building was to design a realization project architecturally and technically. The property contains of a residential part and a multifunctional part, it has five floors and one underground floor with a bulk parking. The nature of the residential building is terraced with receding terraces on the west side, one terrace for each apartment. The supporting system of the property on the first underground floor is a reinforced concrete skeleton and on the other floors there is a reinforced concrete wall supporting system. Curtain walls are all bricked. The facade of the property is solved by two techniques -- on the north and south side there is used a plaster, on the east and west side there is an aluminium metallic facing. Areas of the staircase are coated by a modular facade on the entire height.
