The presented work is composed of three parts, technological, structural and static part. The aim of technological part was to design the project of organization's construction for the apartment building. I chose the most appropriate concept of construction process and the location of facilities equipment, with a view to protect the environment. The time management of construction informs about the course of structural residential object construction. Technological prescription elaborates on the implementation of extensive vegetation roof. Structural part describes in detail the architectural and structural design of residential building and other related objects. Static section informs about bearing structures of the object and focuses on the design of ceiling slab reinforcement. The drawings of the parts and the timetable of construction are in the supplement of bachelor thesis.
