Bachelor work on the topic Residential House is resolving the project of the residential house located on a specific plot. The urbanistic and architectonical part was worked out as the first one. 7-floor residential house consists of 6 above-ground floors and underground garage. Interesting element is a pedestrian crossing located on the 1st floor. It separates the polyfunctional part from the dwelling one. This part consists of 12 flats with different areas, of them 6 are two-room and 6 three-room. The elaborated project documentation describes in detail the construction solution of the residential house. Construction drawing also gives the drawings of shape, further those related to fire protection, technical equipment of the building and the drawings of the interesting construction details. The closing part describes the thermic and technical evaluation of the outer covering, floors and roofs based on which it can be stated that the construction principle of the building meets the requirements in this area, too.
