Bachelor thesis deals with the design and development of the project documentation of the apartment building in the cadastral area of Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The designed apartment building consists of 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground and it is situated in a slight slope. There are 15 flats total, every single one of them with their own balcony. In the 1st floor, there are storage areas for owners, heating room and space with a rental shop. Parking is mainly in the basement, but there are also parking spaces in front of the building. Carrier system is designed as concrete skeleton system, it is founded on foundation strip the roof is flat. The insulation of the building is provided by a contact thermal insulation system.
