ONDÁK, Adrián: Project for building realisation of apartment house [Bachelor thesis] – Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Bratislava: SvF STU, 2018, 36 p.The main aim of the bachelor thesis, was a comprehensive design of an architectural, static and especially structural solution, of a new residential building with barrier-free access to the building, with rentable spaces. The project is developed at the level of the building realisation documentation.The staircase residential building is located on the sun-filled sloping land, in the lucrative part of Bratislava, Nové Mesto - Koliba. The main intention of the shape and material solution of the facade is to distinguish it from the residential houses, in the built-up area, but on the other hand, it tries to be in the greatest possible symbiosis with the surrounding nature. In its surroundings, it creates a full-fledged area for recreation and relaxation, not only for residents of the building, but also for the general public. The residential house contains 12 residential units, optimally adapted to the life of 31 residents.The final work of the bachelor study consists of a text part containing the technical report with chapters dedicated to typological solution, static object solution, fire protection of buildings and technical equipment of buildings. It also includes annexes, consisting of heat engineering reports in the sense of STN 73 0540: 2012, from the listing of locksmiths, tinsmiths, window and door products. Project documentation consists of the Coordination sideplan, Ground plans 1.PP, 1.NP, 2.NP, 3.NP, 4.NP, Cross section, Longitudinal section, Southern elevation, Details, Statics plan above 1.PP and above 1.NP and Poster .The project was designed according to the requirements of valid Slovak Technical Norm.
