The aim of the final bachelor thesis was to prepare a project for the construction of a residential building with underground parking. The object is proposed in Stará Ľubovňa, Popradská street number 1777/80 in the territory with the number 1268/1.This is a block of flats with one underground floor, where there is space for parking for the inhabitants of residential units, the number of cellars and the boiler room. On the 1st floor there are entrances for the two communication cores of typical levels and from the eastern side are the entrances to the rentable spaces of the multifunctional part of block of flats Stará Ľubovňa. From the second floor to the 5th floor there are typical floors where apartments are located (for one typical floor there is one 4-room apartment, one 3-room apartment, one 1-bedroom apartment and two 2-room apartments.The object is the first project located in this area and is a prerequisite for a new prospective housing estate. The surrounding terrain is mostly flat.The project Apartment building Stará Ľubovňa was designed to provide a modern, comfortable and purposeful apartment in this beautiful area.The work was elaborated in terms of construction, architecture, statics, technical equipment of buildings, thermal and fire protection of buildings. All structure and used elements are suitable for requirements according to current Slovak Technical Standard.
