The topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of a thin-walled continuous beam loaded by a transversal load acting in a plane inclined to the central principal axes of inertia which, moreover, does not cross the shear center of the cross-section.The bachelor's thesis contains:•a brief overview of Vlasov's theory of bound torsion of a thin-walled beam,•a brief overview of Transfer matrix method and its applications for bending and torsion of thin-walled beam,•the numerical values of the state variables - a combination of the Transfer matrix method and the Force method was used to determine the statically indeterminate forces in the supports of beam – some results of these solutions are accompanied by graphical results of the displacement and cross-sectional forces,•at the end of the application chapter, the normal and shear stress are calculated and presented in two selected cross-sections.
