The subject of the bachelor thesis is the processing of the project documentation to build an apartament house.The proposed building of an apartament house is located in the cadastral area of Bratislava- Petržalka, and it is continuation of the construction estate housing ,,Southern city - City" The aim solution is to use the potential of the site for the purpose of above-standard housing near the Danube River, the Alluvial Forest and the surrounding recreational and sports facilities, taking into account the future easy transport accessibility of the locality, by means of the transport system of the urban public transport.The design of the apartment house aptly engage into the already evolving concept of the development of the southern part of Petržalka.
