The apartment house is in Bratislava, city district Ružinov, c. a. Nivy, situated between the streets Valchárska and Plátenícka.The project is processed to the level of construction of a residential building. The project contains of a text part and a graphic part. The text part describes the project from a functional, urban-architectural and layout point. It also deals with structural design, construction, operation and their impact on the environment. It examines individual structural elements in terms of thermal technology, defines the physical properties of materials and describes their interaction during construction use.The graphic part of documentation, which is also part of the project, accurately illustrates the layout as well as the construction design of the building. Graphic documentation prepared in accordance with valid technical standards.
